The Modular Step Barrel & Arc (also known as the “Spine Corrector”) enhances the core functionality of the traditional step barrel, which has long been known to improve posture by lengthening and strengthening the back, feet, and shoulder muscles. It conveniently slots over the shoulder rests of all Align-Pilates reformers, allowing use on both the reformer and the floor.

For floor use, the step features an anti-slip base and can be paired with our 32″ Maple Gondola Pole for additional exercise possibilities. The Arc is removable and locks into place, offering an alternative curvature to our standard stacking arc. It also includes three eyelets on each side for use with Align-Pilates Resistance Bands (light, medium, and strong), enhancing exercise intensity and further extending the functionality of this versatile piece of equipment.
